يشمل الشركاء المنظمات اللاحكومية الرائدة دولية ووطنية، الوكالات المتخصصة للأمم المتحدة، الحكومات والمنظمات ثنائية الجانب.
أحد الأولويات الرئيسية للمكتب الإقليمي بناء شراكات استراتيجية، وهي أحد العناصر الحاسمة في الوصول إلى صحة أفضل في الإقليم.
