وهناك دليل واضح على التأثير المتنامي للصحة الإلكترونية على تقديم الرعاية الصحية في جميع أنحاء العالم حالياً، وكيف أنها تجعل النظم الصحية أكثر كفاءة وأكثر استجابة لاحتياجات الناس وتوقعاتهم.
