A multi-country workshop on laboratory quality management was held in Cairo, Egypt, in November 2012. Laboratory technicians from 12 Member States participated in the workshop. The workshop provided information on laboratory quality management system, including all aspects of the laboratory operations, the organizational structure, processes and procedures to achieve the highest level of accuracy and reliability.
