These diaries aim to provide a snapshot of the many activities undertaken in countries of the Eastern Mediterranean Region from mid-2013 to mid-2015 along the Decade of Action on Road Safety, 2011–2020.

In September 2011, the WHO Regional Office, in coordination with WHO headquarters, developed a regional tool to document road safety country activities, in particular, in relation to the Decade. • Road safety articles and research published in scientific journals and newspapers
  • Changes in road safety laws
